How this program runs
Your coach rewrites the plan every Sunday from what you logged, so the weeks below are where you start, not where you have to stay.
Who it is for
People who train at home, travel a lot, or have kids who decide when the workout ends. If you own two kettlebells, you have enough to get strong.
How the 10 weeks run
Short sessions built around one strength lift and one conditioning block. Weight goes up by reps first, then by moving to the heavier bell. Your coach tells you when you are ready for the next size.
What your coach watches
Hip hinge on the swing, lockout on the press, and whether 35 minutes is really 35 minutes on your busiest days.
Your first coached week can start two days from now
Book a 20 minute call. If coaching is not the right fit for you, your coach will say so and point you somewhere better.
