Privacy policy

What we collect
Your name, email and anything you tell us on the booking form or the assessment call.
Training data you log in the app: sessions, sets, weights, videos you upload and check-in answers.
If you connect Apple Health, Garmin, Strava, Fitbit or Samsung Health, we read sleep, heart rate and workouts. We never write to those apps.
How we use it
To write and adjust your training plan, review your videos and answer your messages.
To send receipts and service emails. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who can see it
Your coach and, if your coach is away, one other Ironwood coach covering for them. Our payment processor sees billing details only. We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and for 90 days after you close it so you can come back. Then it is deleted.
Your choices
Export or delete everything from Settings, or email hello@ironwood-coaching.com and we will do it within 30 days.
