The service
Ironwood provides online strength coaching: training plans, video form reviews and messaging with a coach, through our app and website.
Health first
Coaching is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training program, and stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong. Tell your coach about injuries and conditions so the plan can account for them.
Billing and cancelling
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD. Cancel any time from Settings. If you cancel in your first 14 days we refund that period in full; after that, cancelling stops the next payment.
Your content
Videos and logs you upload stay yours. You let us store and show them to your coach so we can provide the service.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we email you 30 days before the change takes effect.
