Why we write your week on Sunday, not all 12 at once

A 12-week plan written in advance is a guess. We write the block, then rewrite each week from what actually happened.

Every program you have downloaded was written before you started it. It assumes you sleep well, never travel and never have a bad week. You will have a bad week.

The block is the map

We still write a 12 week block so you can see where you are going: base, build, peak and a lighter week at the end.

The week is the route

On Sunday you send a short check-in. Your coach reads it next to your logged sets and your sleep, and rewrites the next seven days. Missed a session? It moves. Knee sore? The exercise changes. Crushed every set? The weights go up.

Why Sunday

Because it is the day most people plan their week. Your sessions land in the app before Monday morning.

Your first coached week can start two days from now

Book a 20 minute call. If coaching is not the right fit for you, your coach will say so and point you somewhere better.
